Bylaw 11 – Rules of Order
| All Party meetings (including but not limited to conventions, committee meetings, and caucuses) shall be governed by, in the following order: Utah State Republican Party Constitution, Bylaws, and Standing Rules; Utah County Republican Party Constitution, Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Special Rules; and “Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, 10th Edition”. |
